Renovators Ltd. and Owner Assisted Remodeling Announce Merger

ELKHORN, Wis. - Nov. 21, 2013 - PRLog -- Owner Assisted Remodeling, based in Elkhorn, Wisconsin, is pleased to announce its merger with Renovators Ltd. to form Renovations Group Inc. Both businesses will continue to operate under their established trade names and operate out of Renovations Group’s showrooms at 1560 N. Country Club Parkway in Elkhorn and 13390 Watertown Plank Road in Elm Grove.

“The two businesses are a natural fit, and we are now able to offer a full range of remodeling options - from assistance with finishing a basement to complete design/build remodeling projects,” said Tony Rink, President & Business Manager.

Owner Assisted Remodeling (OAR) was founded in 2005 and provides a unique remodeling experience, allowing homeowners to do as much or as little of their project as they choose. This is especially beneficial for budget-conscious clients with friends or relatives in complimentary trades who can complete portions of the project, such as electrical or plumbing. The homeowner also has the option to supply some of their own products such as faucets or flooring.

Renovators Ltd. was established in 1985, and is a full service residential and light-commercial design-build remodeling company with a reputation for superior workmanship and attention to detail. Renovators Ltd. offers professional in-house design services and six nationally certified professionals on staff.

The merger came about when Rink and partners Richard Ripple, Kevin Anundson and Jeff Auberger, professional industry associates through their involvement in Milwaukee NARI, realized that by merging each company’s unique skills they could offer enhanced remodeling services to homeowners and building owners in southeastern Wisconsin. Staff includes structural, architectural and interior designers, a management team with extensive industry certifications and experience, and an expert production team.
