HEA Awarded Nationwide Term Contract with Corning Incorporated

New York, NY – Corning Incorporated has awarded Horizon Engineering Associates, LLP (HEA), a provider of engineering consulting services, a term contract to provide building commissioning, testing and balancing (TAB) and consulting services from 2013 through 2017. HEA will be providing new construction and existing building commissioning, building envelope commissioning, energy audit and analysis, TAB, sustainability consulting, O&M consulting, IAQ verification, equipment testing and LEED credit support at Corning facilities across the nation.
