Southwest Florida Urologic Associates Welcomes Dr. Blake Evans

FORT MYERS, Fla. - Oct. 31, 2013 - PRLog -- Southwest Florida Urologic Associates, the full-service urology specialty group with over three decades of expert care in Southwest Florida, is pleased to announce the addition of a new physician. We welcome urologist Blake Evans, M.D., who is now accepting new patients at our Lee County locations.

Dr. Blake Evans earned his medical degree from the University of Cincinnati, where he was inducted into the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. He went on to complete his internship and residency training in urology at Shands Hospital, located on the University of Florida campus.

Dr. Blake Evans is affiliated with the American Urological Association and the Florida Urological Society. His areas of special interest include robotic surgery, urologic oncology, stone disease, female urology, prosthetics and voiding dysfunction. Dr. Blake Evans is a third-generation urologist, following his father, Dr. William Evans who is also a physician with South Florida Urologic Associates, and grandfather, Dr. Arthur Evans.
