The Paleo diet is so popular it could be called mainstream. The fast food chains are trying to make their menus healthier. Some hamburger fast food restaurants are offering lettuce wrapped sandwiches at this time. So it is very possible that we may see Paleo fast food in the not too distant future.
Paleo refers of course to the Paleo diet. A diet based on the eating habits of our Paleo ancestors. This diet offers meats, vegetables, fruits and nuts.
