Exposure Open Mic provides REAL opportunities!

ATLANTA - Oct. 10, 2013 - PRLog -- Atlanta, GA, October 9, 2013 - This past weekend Exposure Open Mic provided the WINNERS of all of the summer showcases an opportunity that could set the stage for their career to take off. Relly Rellz, Freedbyrd Deville and Kaycie Gunn headlined the Beer and Tacos Block Party at A3C. These aspiring superstars performed in front of thousands at one of the largest music festivals in the world.

Relly Rellz hails from Pennsylvania and has been involved with music since he was a kid. He has a solid foundation from his church upbringing and expertise playing instruments. After mastering various instruments he went on to begin producing records and rapping. He recently released a mix tape title "The Relly Tape" and plans to release another one in 2014. At Exposure Open Mic he impressed the judges and the crowd with his passion as he poured out his feelings about his baby mama. This propelled him to victory and opened the door for many more opportunities.

FreeByrd DeVille, a.k.a. 'Kuntry Wayne', is a hip hop artist out of the Greater Atlanta Area. Although primarily a rapper, FreeByrd's music is also influenced by R&B and Rock n' Roll. In fact, his name was derived from the song "Free Bird" by rock band Lynyrd Skynyrd. FreeByrd's first mixtape entitled RebeLution was recently released. The album tells the candid story of how FreeByrd grew into his own skin; having dealt with troubles with the law, women and growing up without a father have contributed the the artist and man he is today. DeVille captured the attention of everyone and the crowd chanting "Who are you?" at Exposure Open Mic which led to him beating out the competition.

Kaycie Gunn had everyone in awe as she beat boxed her way to victory at Exposure Open Mic. She embodies the true elements of what hip-hop is. She travelled all the way from Orange Texas to prove she has what it takes to be the next big hip hop star. Kaycie certainly has a promising future ahead of her.

This is an exemplification of the many opportunities that Exposure Open Mic has created for aspiring artist over the past year. Exposure Open Mic will continue providing opportunities for upcoming superstars! If you think you have what it takes to make it in the music industry then it is a must that you are in attendance every month. Exposure Open Mic is held at Apache Cafe in Atlanta, GA on the second Thursday of every month.
