Former Foreign Language Interpreter Coordinator Joins Sullivan’s Staffing

SAVANNAH, Ga. - Sept. 18, 2013 - PRLog -- Randa Shamseddine has joined the growing ranks of Sullivan’s Staffing Company as a staffing specialist serving Savannah area employers.

Randa worked in Clearwater at the Gulf Coast Jewish Family and Community

Services, as the foreign language interpreter coordinator where her responsibilities included interviewing, recruiting, training and evaluating interpreters for the healthcare field.

Randa’s enthusiasm for her profession is evident, “I am thrilled that Sullivan’s Staffing was able to identify my transferable skills from my previous employment and has allowed me to become a part of their team as a Staffing Specialist.”

In her new role as a staffing specialist, Randa will be in charge of recruiting, application processing, interviewing, hiring, and terminations. She will also conduct pre-screening, which may consist of a background, drug test, credit, and reference check on behalf of employers.
