Stange Law Firm, PC Promotes John D. Kershman from Senior Attorney to Regional Team Leader

ST. LOUIS - Sept. 13, 2013 - PRLog -- In this past year that John Kershman was Senior Attorney for the Union office, the firm’s client base expanded to include the hiring of an addition attorney for that office.

Mr. Kershman is admitted to practice in Missouri, including the Eastern and Western Federal Districts and the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals. As a seasoned attorney, he handles complex litigation cases in family law, representing clients in divorce, child custody, child support, paternity and other family law matters.

Mr. Kershman has been selected by Missouri & Kansas Super Lawyers Rising Stars in 2010, 2011 and 2012, as one of the top up-and-coming lawyers in the State of Missouri. This is an honor that no more than 2.5 percent of the lawyers in the state receive each year.

He received his Juris Doctorate from Washington University Law School, his B.S. from St. John's University in New York, and his Masters Degree in Business from Webster University at its main campus in St. Louis, Missouri.

Mr. Kershman is an adjunct professor at Washington University School of Law where he coached the National Civil Rights Appellate Advocacy Team from 2008 to 2011.  His team was a three time reigning National Champion having won the 24th, 25th, and 26th Annual McGee National Civil Rights Competition held at the University of Minnesota.
