The Rat Pack of Hollywood Visits the State Fair

HOLLYWOOD, Calif. - Sept. 13, 2013 - PRLog -- Hollywood, CA  – The Rat Pack of Hollywood announced the release of their fourth book, The Rat of Hollywood Visits the State Fair (ISBN 978-0-9882523-3-2) just in time to coincide with all of the state fairs running throughout the country.

In this rat adventure, the musically-talented rodents become the star attractions at their own local State Fair. Randoon, one of the celebrity rats, dreams that he is the sole star attraction. The book is a 32-page, hard cover picture books written & illustrated by Michael Houbrick.

The Rat Pack of Hollywood (TRPOH) is an animated children’s brand with a target audience of boys and girls ages 3 -11, with a secondary audience of 12+. The brand was created by former Hollywood talent agent, Michael Houbrick. The celebrity, anthropomorphic rats from Hollywood travel around the world in their short, yellow tour bus adorned with a hunk of cheese on top. “I represented some of the top celebrities while I was a Hollywood talent agent,” stated Michael Houbrick, The Rat Pack of Hollywood Creator and self proclaimed Big Cheese. “It was amazing at how a celebrity’s actions can make a lasting impression on their young fans. Unfortunately, that impression was not always a good one.” Houbrick  guarantees that although his likeable little rats are indeed celebrities, they will never need rehab, they won’t throw temper tantrums, they won’t go on strike for more money (cheese maybe, but not money), and you won’t ever see them on stage twerking with half of their clothes off.

For the entire month of September 2013 The Rat Pack of Hollywood will be donating a portion of every book they sell to the Northwest’s Honor Flight program. “We’re all about giving back, that’s what celebrities are supposed to do. We’re so proud to team up with our friends at KREM TV 2 for this worthwhile cause”, added Houbrick. The Honor Flight Network is a non-profit organization created solely to honor America’s veterans for all their sacrifices. We transport our heroes to Washington, D.C. to visit and reflect at their memorials. Top priority is given to the senior veterans – World War II survivors, along with those other veterans who may be terminally ill.
