First Annual Peak City Book Festival

APEX, N.C. - Aug. 20, 2013 - PRLog -- The festival, sponsored by Peak City Publishing, LLC and The Halle Cultural Arts Center is the first book festival in the Triangle in four years.

 

The festival will feature best-selling authors from North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia.  With a theme to engage, entertain and educate, attendees of all ages will enjoy:  story time with children’s book authors, free writing workshops, an author’s forum featuring Romance, Mystery and Sci-Fi authors and everyone is invited to compete in the Street Art competition to be judged at the end of the day.

 

 

The Peak City Book Festival is fully funded through authors, artists, businesses and organizations.  Registration to exhibit or sponsor the event is now open at: http://www.peakcitypublishing.co/#!peak-city-book-festival/cby6 .  Exhibitors can participate at different level from placing an ad to setting up a table.  All exhibitors will receive an exclusive invitation to attend the Meet & Greet Casual Cocktail Reception, hosted by All Booked Up in Apex on November 8^th, 2013 from 7pm to 9pm. All exhibitors are asked to plan a literary or arts display with the intent to engage, entertain and educate.
