RealCom Solutions names new President

DALLAS - Aug. 7, 2013 - PRLog -- After 12 years of successful leadership, Charlie Bogart, founder and current President of RealCom Solutions, is bringing on Beau Hendrick to take the helm and lead day-to-day operations.  

Mr. Hendrick joined the Dallas based team as President of RealCom Solutions effective August 5th, 2013 and will have full responsibility for Service, Operations and Business Development.  He will report directly to Charlie Bogart, Chief Executive Officer.

Beau has a long standing career in the telecom industry. Beau began his telecom path with SBC/ATT in 1995 as an account manager. He was a top performer and was quickly promoted into a leadership role serving as a Regional Sales Manager and a Regional Vice President.  He joined Qwest/CenturyLink in 2006 as a Regional Sales Director where he was responsible for leading sales and technical support for a 16 state territory.  He then joined Internap, a leading data center and colocation firm, and directed regional sales and client support efforts.  Most recently Mr. Hendrick served as the Vice President of Enterprise Operations at Integra Telecom where he led a team of over 200 sales and service professionals.  

Mr. Hendrick is a seasoned communications expert and has successfully identified and implemented customer solutions across all product sets and verticals.  Specifically he has a great deal of working experience with cloud based products and the Government Education sector.  He handled the State of Texas public sector and had responsibility for Texas DIR (Department of Information Resources) for both AT&T and Qwest. Beau has a proven record of exceptional performance and has been recognized as a top performer, having received numerous awards for outstanding performance including Pinnacle Club, President’s Club, and Circle of Excellence.  In addition to his professional experience and success, Mr. Hendrick earned his B.A. in International Economics/Finance at Texas Tech University and a Masters in Telecommunications Management from the University of Dallas.

Mr. Bogart will continue to maintain an active role in the company setting the overall strategic direction for the firm and promoting business/client development.
