The “LumenVox Skills Certification” program was created to ensure delivery of high quality speech solutions based on the LumenVox speech automation suite which includes speech recognition, text-to-speech, call progress analysis and speech tuning technologies. Participants undergo extensive training, including hands on experience with the LumenVox technology building speech enabled applications and working with the LumenVox support process.
