Quality Life Center receives grant from Wells Fargo Foundation to support at-risk youth

The Wells Fargo Foundation contributed $1000 to Quality Life Center’s youth development programs which transforms at-risk youth through structured activities.

FORT MYERS, Fla. - June 26, 2013 - PRLog -- Quality Life Center received a $1000 grant from Wells Fargo Foundation’s Community Partner Program to support its youth development programs. The center’s youth programs provide academic enrichment, dance and music instruction to instill discipline and resilience, and leadership activities to help at-risk youth gain confidence and the ability to persevere despite obstacles.  The check was presented to the center by Javier Mendoza, Manager of the Wells Fargo Crossroads branch in Lehigh Acres.  

Quality Life Center is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization transforming the community by developing the potential of underserved populations in southwest Florida with adult job development training, an early learning program and youth development programs including afterschool and summer camp programs.
