Dee Temples is a Chassé Scholar

AUSTIN, Texas - June 11, 2013 - PRLog -- Cheer Channel Inc. (CCI), the #1 online news and entertainment network in the spirit industry, announced today that All Star cheerleader and Cheer Channel's Superstars of All Stars, Dee Temples will receive scholarship funding from cheerleading apparel company, Chassé. Cheer Channel secured a partnership between Chassé and the Superstars, through which the All Star cheerleaders will receive college scholarships in exchange for their work as brand ambassadors for Chassé. Dee Temples is one of 11 elite cheerleaders named to the Superstars and one 9 to receive the scholarship.

Each year, Cheer Channel Inc. handpicks its Superstars of All-Stars. Based on their ability to meet a very high set of standards both as an athlete and a person, the cheerleaders that are chosen represent the cream of the crop in the spirit industry. The standards the Superstars must meet include talent, commitment, dedication, physical skill, leadership, fan support, personality, community involvement, academic achievements, social skills, and respect of teammates and coaches.

Temples is a flyer for the Stingray All Stars Steel Team Senior Large Coed Level 5. Previously, she was a flyer for the A-Towne Allstars for the past two years. She started cheering when she was four years old on a minis team. Most of her cheer career has been with the Atlanta Jayhawks and ATA. Temples attended Worlds in 2012 and 2013. Currently, she is the spokesperson for Cheer Channel Inc.’s Anti-Bullying Campaign, represents Stunt Stand, and will be a VIP at Woodward Camp this summer.

She is also actively involved in her community, hosting charity events, and is a member of numerous academic honors and clubs including Dean’s List, the math honors club Mu Alpha Theta, and the Spanish Honor Society. She was previously the Student Council President and Treasurer.
