Charles Rainford has an extensive business background with over twenty years of experience as the owner of a State Farm Insurance Agency. Charles recently returned to school and earned his Doctor of Business Administration degree. Upon obtaining this advanced degree, he is writing business articles and also teaching as an Adjunct Professor in the Business Department at Germanna Community College. He is a member of the Fredericksburg Chamber of Commerce. Charles and his wife have lived in the Lee’s Hill community of Fredericksburg for the past nineteen years.
