Indie Recording Artist Alexa Holds #1 Position on Charts

Feb. 27, 2013 - PRLog -- Alexa may be sweet but she is definitely taking command of the charts.  Emerging Indie artist; Alexa, after a short seven weeks on the independent music charts has taken the radios, dance floors and ipods by storm.  After her initial release, Alexa quickly found her place on the charts and in the clubs across the US where "Cause We Feel Like It" ran neck and neck with the sounds of Ke$ha (Die Young ) and Pink (Try).  Since the initial release Alexa has held the number two position and is also maintaining her spot in the top 200 on the National charts.

"Cause We Feel Like It”, Alexa's summer anthem before starting college and  leap into the music industry;  is full of energy, a feel good vibe and guaranteed to bring the fun (the song features out of the box radio, electro house, dance electronica & dub step variations).

About ALEXA:
Alexa is an American singer and accomplished equestrian. Raised in Scarsdale NY, Alexa branched out musically during her time at Scarsdale High School as a member of the A Cappella group "For Good Measure", performing as a recurring soloist. The group was awarded Best A Cappella Group 2011 via competing high schools in the NY Metro area. Alexa proved to be a natural performer whether competing at nationals, singing or dancing in front of an audience.  Alexa is also an active HIV/AIDS activist having participated in the Until There's A Cure foundation for HIV/AID's PSA.  In December, Alexa made her performance debut on MTV's MADE where the show highlighted Indashio's summer collection. She also appeared alongside Indashio during his Mercedes Benz Fashion Week events.
Alexa has recently finished recording her follow up singles, "Don't Let Go" & "Ego" and her EP as executive producer alongside 2CK Productions, LLC.
