PRLog - Feb. 5, 2013 - KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Blue Chip Wrestling, founded in 2001 by two former wrestlers, has long been a strong supporter of the amateur wrestling community in the United States. This month they are rolling out the Olympic Blue program to help up and coming wrestling stars get the financial support and recognition they need to make the most of their run for gold in 2016.
The Five Wrestlers in the Olympic Blue Program
The program is officially launching with five athletes that have long been associated with Blue Chip - Jake Fisher (Greco / 74KG), Nate Engel (Greco / 55KG), Max Nowry (Greco / 55KG), Joe Betterman (Greco / 60KG) and Jordan Holm (Greco / 84KG).
These five men are great examples of the dedication and commitment required to be a US Olympian, and Blue Chip is honored to be able to assist in their drive for the medal stand in 2016.
To help these athletes, Blue Chip Wrestling is providing a package including Blue Chip sublimated singlets, wrestling gear, and other apparel. Additionally, Blue Chip and their team of in-house professional artists is working with each athlete to develop their own custom apparel to be sold to raise funds for the athlete’s training and travel.
