Harrisburg Area YMCA Awards Digital Planet 2013 Website Development Projects

Jan. 9, 2013 - PRLog -- MECHANICSBURG, PA,  - -   South Central Pennsylvania based Digital Planet, Inc. announced collaboration with The Harrisburg Area YMCA to deliver three website design projects in 2013.  Rosie Turner, Director of Marketing and Communications, for the Harrisburg Area YMCA, stated, “We are excited to continue our partnership with Digital planet.  In order to better serve our employees, we need to provide a way to make information readily available to them via our own internal site.  In addition to refreshing our current public website, we want to provide our members access to events, class schedules and information on their mobile devices.”

“We have a very good relationship with the Harrisburg Area YMCA, and a clear understanding of the amount of information the YMCA needs to share with the Harrisburg area community,” said Diann Roffe, Director of Business Development, Digital Planet, Inc.  “This is another way Digital Planet, Inc.  continues its community involvement by supporting several Chamber of Commerce and non-profit organizations in South Central Pennsylvania.”

Digital Planet released a major software application in 2012 and provides clients computer network support services, website development and other back office services.  Digital Planet plans to focus on those same areas in 2013 along with some new public-private partnerships.  New staff positions in sales, project management, computer network support, technical support and software development, are projected in their 2013 plan.
