There are a few steps that have to be fulfilled in order to teach classes; but Heart Smart CPR will guide you through them all. There are no medical professional requirements and you will be trained and qualified before you ever have to teach a class.
Please understand this is not a job application, it is an affiliation with both the American Heart Assoication and Heart Smart CPR which allows you to teach your own classes as an AHA instructor. You will need to keep your own taxes and organize your own classes. Some of the material needed is provided, the rest is bought from third party vendors such as "Channing Bete."
