First 200 Guests Receive Free Entrée at Burrissimo Fresh Italian Grand Opening Event

Dec. 28, 2012 - PRLog -- Burrissimo Fresh Italian (http://www.burrissimo.com/), a new, fast casual restaurant concept, announces its debut at a Grand Opening on Saturday, December 29, 2012 in Costa Mesa. To kick off the event at 11am, the first 200 guests will receive a free entrée of choice. In addition, 100% of proceeds from all Zeppoles purchased throughout the day will be donated to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation’s (http://www.cff.org/) annual Great Strides Surf City Walk (http://www.cff.org/Great_Strides/dsp_WalkInformation.cfm?walkid=8495) in Huntington Beach.

What is a Zeppole? “Zeppoles are classic Italian donuts rolled in cinnamon & sugar served with a vanilla icing or raspberry dipping sauce,” explains Burrissimo Director of Marketing, Laura Kroth. “We take vibrant Italian ingredients and serve them in unique combinations created by our guests. A fresh delicious meal served fresh and fast.”

Guests create their meal by choosing from a variety of fresh, grilled, sautéed, and savory menu (http://www.burrissimo.com/menu) items. To start, the guest can choose from three entrée styles: a Burrissimo (an artisan Italian flatbread wrap made from organic flour), a Pasta Bowl, or a Salad Bowl. Next, they select a grill item then add a warm sauce or cold dressing. They finish by choosing from over 20 colorful toppings including fresh & grilled vegetables, cheeses and specialties.  To complement each entrée, side orders of homemade bread sticks, pepperoni rolls, soups and zeppoles are offered.  Beverage choices include Italian sodas, organic milk, soft drinks and beer & wine. Single serve wines are from Copa Di Vino (https://www.copadivino.com/), the company featured on the hit ABC TV reality series, SHARK TANK.

Burrissimo also offers Bpoints (https://www.burrissimo.com/bpoints), a simple rewards program. A point is earned for every $3 spent and three points can be earned when a referred friend makes their first purchase.
