Jon is a Principal of the RBL Group and leads the Strategic HR practice area. He is also Administrative Director of the RBL Institute. Jon’s career is a mix of consulting, line management and HR leadership experience. Prior to joining The RBL Group, Jon was Chief Learning and Talent Officer of National City Corporation, a $140 billion dollar financial services organization. Jon has a Ph.D. in Organization and Social Psychology from the University of Toronto. He and his family live in Short Hills N.J.
