National Association for Business Resources Names AST One of the Best and Brightest Companies

PRLog (Press Release) - Nov. 28, 2012 - AST Corporation is proud to have been recognized by the National Association for Business Resources as one of the ‘101 National Best and Brightest Companies to Work For’.  Hundreds of competing companies throughout the country vie for the ‘Best and Brightest’ designation, but only companies with the highest quality human resources initiatives are named to the list.

AST was assessed by an independent research firm which reviewed a number of key measures relative to other nationally recognized winners. The measures included: Compensation, Benefits and Employee Solutions; Employee Enrichment, Engagement and Retention; Employee Education and Development; Recruitment, Selection and Orientation; Employee Achievement and Recognition; Communication and Shared Vision; Diversity and Inclusion; Work-Life Balance; Community Initiatives; Strategic Company Performance.

This recognition follows closely AST being named by Inc. Magazine in August of this year one of the nation’s fastest-growing private companies.  In 2011, Inc. selected AST as one of the top small company workplaces in the U.S., an acknowledgement of AST’s commitment to exemplary people practices and outstanding workplace culture.

AST and the companies that have been selected as a ‘Best and Brightest’ will be featured in the December 13 online edition of Corp! Magazine.
