PRLog - Nov. 25, 2012 - LOS ANGELES -- Based on Sunset Red the novel, SUNSET RED the fictional narrative short film offers a glimpse into the tormented lives of a family that struggles with abuse, deceit, and self-actualization but this awareness comes with a hefty price. Set in modern day South Los Angeles, the Redford family consists of a controlling preacher named Bishop, his passive faithful wife Clay Belle, their gay son Sterling and their troubled but headstrong daughter Augustine. SUNSET RED compels us to look inward and examine our own prejudices, biases and convictions.
