Commenting on the additional service offering, Mr Phil Lightfoot CEO of Coracall said, “Traditionally Business Process Outsourcing has been geared toward shifting existing customer processes in an ‘as is’ state and moving it to lower cost location leveraging the scale of a business partner and labour arbitrage.
