Brickell World Plaza welcomes the holiday season with food and wine festival

Sept. 27, 2012 - PRLog -- Brickell World Plaza will welcome in the holidays by celebrating the 2012 Savor the Season Festival on November 17.  

“We are so excited to welcome everyone to this annual community festival, which will feature food and wine from more than 20 of Miami’s finest restaurants and distributors,” said Tracy Story president of leasing  and management at Foram Group, the developer of 600 Brickell. People will surely get into the holiday spirit while enjoying live entertainment on 30,000 square foot plaza and taking part in 600 Brickell’s grand holiday lighting countdown for its signature 40-foot wreath,”

Featured restaurants will include: BARU Urbano, Brooklyn Italian Ice, Capital Grille, Chef Susan, Fado Irish Pub, Gordon Biersch, Parties By Pat, Pasha's, Proximo Spirits, Rosa Mexicana and Taverna OPA and many more.

“We wanted to create a spectacular event for the entire community benefitting a number of local non-profit organizations. At this event, there will be something for everyone,” said Ilene Munoz, general manager of 600 Brickell. All net proceeds will benefit local charities including The Ronald McDonald House of South Florida, The Crockett Foundation and Humane Society of Greater Miami.
