Sept. 23, 2012 - PRLog -- The Job Pro Sites, a national career services company, released the results of their national Job Search Effectiveness Survey.

Over 90% of the participants in the Job Pro Sites August 2012 Job Search Effectiveness Survey had been searching for a job for over 6 months. This number is in line with the national average for job seekers.

“Americans are dumbfounded by the length of time it takes to find a job in this economy,” said The Job Pro Sites CEO Rob Mason. “Adding to the frustration, job seekers are constantly bombarded with mixed messages, misrepresented services and antiquated resources to help them in their search for a great job. There were very few resources for job seekers to get real help and we wanted to offer significant guidance without any risk for the job seeker. We have been offering career coaching as a service for years and have been tracking the benefits of a single coaching session. We knew if we could offer one session to a job seeker it would change the way they approached their search forever.” Mr. Mason says that it was typical for people that had a coaching session with his company to cut their job search time by nearly 16 weeks against the national average.

Adam Reiter, The VP of Career Services for The Job Pro Sites, implemented the new coaching program. “We use former Directors and VP’s of Staffing from some of the best companies in the nation, Reiter says”. “These pros spent their career in staffing and know what it takes to break in—this team is the best coaching staff in the country and they get results.”
