Proud Camden Birthday Performance

July 24, 2012 - PRLog -- What better way to spend your birthday than to gig at a cool London venue? Pretty Mollyhaus singer Little Neve White is proud to be celebrating her birthday by performing with K.Bastian at Proud Camden’s South Gallery on the August 15th 2012, at 8.30pm – 9.00pm.  

Flavoured by influences as wide ranging as Bowie, Lennox, Kate Bush, Moloko and Ella Fitzgerald, the Mollyhaus sound is uniquely identifiable. K’s driving backing tracks are a skilfully drawn kaleidoscope of diamond cut sounds and repeating patterns weaved through with the dip and soar of Little Neve’s sublime vocals. Their synth-based music is more than mere electropop; their lyrics tell stories of twisted gender and the vagaries of being human, delving into the underbelly of society with surprising wit.  The strong hooks, melodies and delivery are often at odds with the message they convey. Whilst Mollyhaus have great videos and radio attraction - they are a live band who need to be experienced.

The quirky duo have been invited to perform at celebrity favourite Proud Camden, and will be spoiling the audience by playing their new single "China Face (What To Do)", as well as new funky remixes and there's even been a mention of debuting their brand new track "Shapeshifter".

The event is free, and Little Neve is looking forward to sharing her special day with electro pop fans... so pop along!
