Bankruptcy Attorney Troy Aramburu Joins the Salt Lake City Office of Snell & Wilmer

Aramburu first joined Snell & Wilmer in 2004 and returns this month after spending several years as a shareholder with Jones Waldo Holbrook & McDonough, PC.

Mr. Aramburu’s practice is concentrated in bankruptcy, reorganizations and commercial litigation surrounding the rights of creditors and debtors. He represents debtors, creditors and committees in numerous federal, state and bankruptcy actions; represents receivers in federal and state court proceedings; and represents secured lenders in litigation in state and federal forums.
