PRLog - May 22, 2012 - FORT MYERS, Fla. -- Fort Myers, Florida – Heather Fitzenhagen, an attorney, mediator and marketing director for Condo & HOA Law Group, PLLC, has been appointed as a member of the Founding Board of Directors for the Betty Allen Ovarian Cancer Foundation, a new non-profit organization formed to promote education, research, screenings and treatment for the disease. As a founding board member Fitzenhagen will play an integral role in the development of the organization. In her position she will help to raise funds and awareness for the foundation.
The foundation was started by ovarian cancer survivor Betty Allen and serves Collier, Charlotte, Glades, Hendry and Lee counties. The board is currently planning an Ovarian Cancer Symposium in October. More information about the organization is available at www.ovariancancerfl.org.

Heather Fitzenhagen is an experienced attorney, mediator, business owner, and community activist. She is a graduate of Nova Law School and the Harvard Mediation Program, and is the marketing director for the Condo & HOA Law Group, PLLC, with offices in Fort Myers and Naples.
