Published by a small independent publisher in the San Francisco Bay Area and launched at the 2011 Silicon Valley Latino Leadership Summit, Latinnovating has already sold several thousand copies. The author is actively book speaking engagements at universities, educational and industry conferences for the remainder of 2012. The author is currently engaging with potential partners to bring the Spanish translation of the Latinnovating book to market, something she’s asked for at many events where she speaks.

Latino Literacy Now’s Latino Book & Family Festival earlier this month held its 49th event in Chicago. The Festivals have drawn over 800,000 attendees over the past two decades. The 14th Annual International Latino Book Awards will be held June 5th at Instituto Cervantes in New York City.
