Lennar Virginia Adds Seasoned Real Estate Expert as Director of Sales and Marketing

April 16, 2012 - PRLog -- Lennar, one of the nation’s leading homebuilders, has hired 25-year industry veteran Richard Perkins as director of sales and marketing in its Virginia division.  Perkins’ vast experience in real estate management will allow him to successfully support Lennar’s expansion plans in Virginia with his innovative sales and marketing solutions.

A native of Richmond, Va., Perkins worked for another prominent national homebuilder prior to joining Lennar in various roles including vice president of operations and most recently as general sales manager.  He graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University, also in Richmond, with a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration with concentrations in economics and real estate.
