Trish Robichaud's passion motivates and empowers people living with chronic illness or disability
Trish Robichaud is a woman with a disability but she is NOT a disabled woman. She so passionately believes in empowering people living with chronic illness or disability that she’s launched the online MOH-Club, http://www.MyOptimalHealthClub.org, which provides coaching support to people living with chronic illness or disability. Her newest endeavor partners her with Linda Grace and www.MSrelief.com, a blog dedicated to proving that joy can be found while living with Multiple Sclerosis.
Trish was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 1993. Through years of learning about her disability she has learned to minimize her MS symptoms through changes in her way of life, self-awareness, proper treatment and conflict and stress management. And despite her long battle with depression, she is living a very joyful and rewarding life. “As a person with multiple sclerosis myself, I bring a personal commitment to the work I do. I have learned how to keep MS relapses at bay, for the most part, through profound lifestyle changes and by minimizing stress and its effects on my life.” Trish said.
As a Life and business Coach, Trish’s passion in life is to motivate and empower people living with chronic illness or disability to unleash their full potential. Her goal is to help them define and achieve their maximum life in spite of a chronic health condition that challenges them on a daily basis. “My instinctive ability to see passions, abilities and talents in people and reflect those assets back empowers my clients to see themselves in a more positive light. This always leads to growth in their confidence and self-image,”
