Vision Care Facility Focuses on New Technology and Expansion in Troubled Economy

Feb. 27, 2012 - PRLog -- Bright Eyes Family Vision Care recently relocated to a larger space this past February that will allow for more clinical services and patient care.  Since July of 2006, the eye care facility has operated in Westchase’s West Park Village.  The new 1,500 square foot office space will allow Bright Eyes Family Vision Care meet the growing demand for vision therapy and accommodate more patients.

“I speak with patients from every industry about the local economy and this is the first time in years that I have found that more people are optimistic about economic stability.  Bright Eyes had outgrown the former space and we felt that this is an opportune time to expand.  We had always wanted more space to work with patients and with lower price per square foot for commercial leases, it was a perfect time to expand ” said owner and optometrist Dr. Nathan Bonilla-Warford.

Dr. Nate, as he is called by his patients, considered different locations within the Tampa area and as the economy took a downswing, he found an empty retail space only a few doors away from his former office.  As an active member of the local business community, participating in both the Westchase Area Business Association and the Carrollwood Area Business Association, Dr. Nate used only local contractors to complete and update the new location.  “We were pleased and proud to be able to do business with Tampa area businesses for design, construction, and purchasing equipment for the new office.  This helps keep the local economy stable and thriving”, Bonilla-Warford said.

To celebrate the relocation, Bright Eyes Family Vision Care is hosting an open house event to showcase the new facility on Wednesday, March 7, 2012 from 4pm - 8pm at 9912 W. Linebaugh Ave in Tampa.  The public is invited to tour the facility, learn about eye care, vision therapy and participate in a free LASIK screening offered by TLC Laser Eye Centers. Lens representatives are also giving away a free pair of glasses for one lucky visitor.
