Northrop Grumman leases 54,626-SF space at Windsor Station, Baltimore County

Jan. 20, 2012 - PRLog -- Cushman & Wakefield today announced that Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation, a leading global security company, has leased a 54,626-square-foot space at Windsor Station, 2810 Lord Baltimore Dr. in Baltimore.

Windsor Station will house part of Northrop Grumman’s operations for their contract with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). This location is approximately one mile to CMS and three miles to the Social Security Administration (SSA). Corporate neighbors include the FBI, Lockheed Martin and Constellation Energy.

Windsor Station is a 230,000-square-foot, Class A office building with 75,000 square feet currently available for lease. The newly constructed building is part of a redevelopment project transforming a former manufacturing plant site to a Class A office park. There is an opportunity to build an additional 350,000 square feet at the Windsor Station site.
