Minnick’s, an Home Performance HVAC contractor, recently enrolled with the Green Business Bureau to become green business certified.
 
Dec. 6, 2011 - PRLog -- November 17, 2011 HOUSTON – Minnick’s is a third-generation family-owned Home Performance HVAC contractor provider located in Laurel, MD.  The company recently enrolled with the Green Business Bureau to become green business certified.
Since it was founded in 1954, Minnick’s has specialized in the design and installation of mechanical and HVAC systems to improve home performance.  In 2005, the company began offering energy audits – helping homeowners with recommendations for energy savings such as air sealing, insulation, weatherization, replacing light bulbs, installation of power strips, upgrading appliances, and water heaters.
“Since we began offering audits, we have been learning more each day on how to save energy,” says Rob Minnick, Minnick’s CEO.  “As GBB members, we’re looking forward to finding out more ways to be greener ourselves and introducing our customers to even greener options.”
