For the last fifteen years, Izabel Lam’s glass and porcelain dinnerware as well as metal tabletop accessories have been the choice of creative chefs from restaurants and hotels throughout the United States and all over the world. Restaurants such as Guy Savoy and Robuchon in Paris, Las Vegas, Macau and Singapore, Sixteen at the Trump Tower Chicago, Stanton Social in New York, Sona Restaurant in Los Angeles, to name a few. Hotels include The Mandarin Oriental, The Four Seasons, The Ritz Carlton, Hershey Hotel and the Loews Hotel. Her tableware have become the signature of fine dining and are now being used as highlights in casual dining.
She is the first to introduce glass plates, dishes, bowls and cups to the hospitality trade, bringing her creativity in texture, shape, form and color to an otherwise traditional arena. Glass dinnerware has now become one of the staple elements in all modern restaurants. She then brought her ingenuity to porcelain dinnerware to compliment her glass, adding another dimension and contrast to the tablescape in the dining experience.
