Want a Taste of the Beach?

Aug. 31, 2011 - PRLog -- Pensacola Beach, Fla. – August 30, 2011 – Island chefs are preparing to showcase their signature dishes at the 4th Annual Taste of the Beach, Saturday and Sunday, Sept. 17-18, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Gulfside Pavilion on Pensacola Beach.

The Pensacola Beach Chamber of Commerce invites you to come to the Island and indulge in some tasty island fare, sip a glass of wine and listen to the tunes. To spice things up, there will be a corvette show, live entertainment including music and dancers, face painting, mini golf, coloring contests, bean bag toss and a kid’s area which will have crab racing hosted by Seadog. This area will be open from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. on both days.

This year, 17 restaurants will be competing for the People’s Choice Award. The restaurants will be offering portions of their signature dishes for $5 or less.
