Be on your guard for the assassin's bullet

Aug. 21, 2011 - PRLog -- With his friend, Detective Phill Van Nguyen, Alan is assigned to the Dignitary Protection Squad to drive a Burmese visiting general and his accompanying teenage daughter to a pagoda being opened at the local university.

As the general’s speech is about to begin, a shot rings out and a university professor sitting nearby is shot dead. Alan is not convinced the assassin was aiming for the general as most people assume.  

During the following days the professor’s son and daughter both apparently commit suicide in separate incidents. Alan and Phill are assigned to protect the professor’s widow. As the violence increases they uncover a plot to replace one major drug dealer with another.

Before the general leaves Australia there are more unnecessary deaths that could lead the general’s daughter to a tragic disillusionment.
