Don't wait to reserve your Branson condo for next year. Too many waited till it was too late.

PRLog (Press Release) - Aug. 9, 2011 - Early this year we placed a headline on our website for all of our customers, letting them know the the importance of getting early bookings in for reservations on our Branson condos
We felt this was necessary as we have now accumulated 8 years of experience and the results are always the same. Someone waits until March or April of the desired year and begins to make calls for their large family getaway. By this time we can assure them it is too late.

Quite frankly people begin to reserve our Branson condos. while they are still here, normally 1 year in advance. This assures them of getting the condo they want, on the dates they want, and the price that suits them the best.

Without question, we will always be sold out for the 4th of July timeframe approximately 6 months out. From there, it will begin to spread left and right of America's birthday, slowly then quickly escalating till everything is taken solid from the 15th of June through the 15th of August.

It is even more critical for you to book early if your group is a large group and wants to be together. We currently have paired condos that can accomodate up to 22 people. Guess which ones go the quickest? You guessed it. Additionally, the large groups (family reunions, military reunions, etc.) like to rent our convention center as well. So carefully plan for competition when it comes to your group.

Another thing guests generally wait too long on is boat rental at Indian Point Marina. Be it ski boats or jet skis, people almost always assume that there will be plenty when they arrive and this is never the case. Very few things rent out faster than our condos, but boats and jetskis most certainly will. Because of the remote location Indian Point Marina maintains, there are no other facilities nearby that rent similar items, giving them something of a monopoly although unintended.
