Camden Delta Appoints Scott Leuchter Midwest Region Partner and Practice Leader

Leuchter brings over 20 years of leadership and management experience in strategic human resources and talent Management in professional services firms with a primary focus in organizational change management and development engagements. Prior to joining Camden Delta, Scott was President of Pronovo Consulting, a management consulting firm that helped individuals, groups, and organizations flourish through organizational transformations.

He has held senior leadership and management positions with Crowe Horwath and Ernst & Young in Chicago, two of the largest public accounting firms. Scott began his Human Resources career as a recruiter with an Inc. 500 executive search firm in California where he held a variety of positions including Area Managing Director and Corporate Operations Manager. Prior to beginning his career in Human Resources, Scott spent 10 years in the United States Army where he gained invaluable leadership domestically and internationally.

Leuchter will lead the firm’s Organizational Transformation practice where he will focus on developing targeted solutions to help improve clients overall strategic alignment, organizational effectiveness, and business results. Scott will be responsible for building and expanding Camden Delta’s presence and relationships in the Midwest market.

In addition to his responsibilities with Camden Delta, Scott actively presents programs to Chicago land Human Resources associations including the Society of Human Resources Management. Scott is currently the Treasurer and Vice President/President Elect for the Human Resources Association of Greater Oak Brook and teaches graduate-level classes in Human Resources as an adjunct faculty member for The Chicago School of Professional Psychology.
