‘True to form’ by Imago. The performance is based on the Skinner Releasing Technique (SRT) but with a twist. It is an interdisciplinary performance combining the principles and images of SRT with objects and improvisation. Each peformance is unique. This is a double bill with ‘New Work’ by Juxtaposition Dance. Their performance is dance and music, live and on film. Exciting and fresh, funny and sad, this performance is highly personal and gender related.

Venue: Studio 221, Ellen Terry Building, Coventry University at 6pm and 6.30pm– to see both performances together, tickets are £7 and £5 (concessions)

Wednesday 25 May

‘Time Changes Things’ by Contrive Theatre is a quirky and humorous original play about learning to live, especially if you had to re-live the same moments again and again. Time changes things but it’s what you say and what you do that matters.

Thursday 26 May

‘Gardening’ by Acumen Dance Compnay is a female duet performed alongside an original soundscape and features an innovative audience set up.

’56 years we’ve slept’ by Chameleon Arts Company is a collision of dance and theatre based around one lone bed. The fantasy of dreams, to the thoughts and memories of our own mind. This work challenges perception of a piece of furniture in which we all attend and reveal the secret world in which it harbours.

Venue: Ellen Terry Building, Coventry University at 7.30pm – tickets £6 and £3 (concessions)

Friday 27 May

‘Collected Grimm Tales’ by Coffee and Cake Productions, written originally by Carol Ann Duffy. When did someone last tell you a fairytale? Go the whole journey into the dark, warped world of the Brothers Grimm. This play is quirky, imaginative and storytelling at its best.
