Sunflower Elementary - 2nd Annual Fundraiser

May 11, 2011 - PRLog -- Last year, Sunflower Elementary in Andover undertook a fundraiser for the first time, a

Children’s Consignment Sale, which generated tremendous results.  This fundraiser not

only made $5,000 for the school, it made an additional $10,000 for families in the

community, and the leftover items provided a sizeable donation to Goodwill and the

Women’s Crisis Center.  

Now it’s time to start again.   The 2nd Annual Children’s Sunflower Elementary

Consignment Sale will be held during the Greater Andover Days – September 29-October

1, 2011.  It is a sale of gently used children’s clothing, shoes, books, toys, games and

many other children’s items.  It allows anyone to sign-up as a seller.  You name your

price, you keep 70% and the remaining 30% provides much-needed funds for Sunflower.  

If you want to make money and help a school, start saving your stuff now!  Volunteers

and vendors can sign-up now.  Seller sign-up will begin August 1st.  For more
