By attending the Success at Work program, participants will understand how personality style impacts their success at work, identify key strategies to enhance communication and improve effectiveness in their environment, learn tools to effectively manage change and conflict, receive a customized report which includes tips and strategies to enhance communication, change management, and conflict styles.
