Success at Work Seminars Attendees Can Earn HRCI Credits for PHR/SPHR/GPHR Certifications

Success at Work, a professional development series designed to help particpants communicate, manage change, and navigate conflict using their own personality style has earned PHR/SPHR/GPHR certification credits.

PRLog - Aug. 16, 2010 - BOSTON -- Benatti Training and Development and Evarts Coaching, leading providers of leadership development services in the New England market, announced today the assignment of 15.25 certification credits through HRCI, the certification arm of the Society of Human Resource Professionals, for attendees at the Success at Work Professional Development Series.

Management studies continue to conclude that the three areas most needed and least developed in managers and leaders are: communicating, managing change, and navigating conflict. To answer this need and to provide real-time and real-world solutions, the Success at Work series has been developed.

Success at Work is a series of three interactive and personalized seminars, helping participants use their unique personality style to communicate, navigate conflict, and manage change successfully.  By attending the Success at Work program, participants will understand how personality style impacts their success at work, identify key strategies to enhance communication and improve effectiveness in their environment, learn tools to effectively manage change and conflict, receive a customized report which includes tips and strategies to enhance communication, change management, and conflict styles.  Participants will create individualized strategies that will stick long after the seminars are over!

Success at work is ideal for business professionals, individual contributors, managers, leaders, entrepreneurs, and solopreneurs.   For more information, please contact Beth Kennedy at 978-922-1957 or Ed Evarts at 617-549-1391.  Additional details for Success at Work can be found at www.bethkennedy.com or www.evartscoaching.com
