Big River Telephone Names Systems Implementation Engineer

Feb. 18, 2011 - PRLog -- Big River Telephone has promoted Mike Howe to Systems Implementation Engineer. His new role will allow him to continue to expand his focus on various Voice over IP technologies that enhance Big River Telephone’s product offering for their customers.

Mike started with Big River in October of 2009 as a sales engineer responsible for helping wholesale partners with service support and end customer network design.

“Mike is an excellent example of the Real People of Big River Telephone,” stated Kevin Cantwell, president of Big River. “His attention to details and his focus on how new technologies improve the information flow for our customers is critical as VoIP technology continues to be the new platform for next generation communications.”
