Peggy Eldridge-Love Releases New eBook, Loving Buddy

Nov. 4, 2010 - PRLog -- Kansas City, Missouri, November 4, 2010 - Peggy Eldridge-Love released her first young adult work, an ebook novella titled "Loving Buddy". Peggy's entry into young adult literature has been sparked by the memories of her own pleasure as a young reader reading the works of Betty Smith and Pearl Buck and a desire to perhaps spark an imagination today in the way hers was then.

"Loving Buddy" focuses on the changing world of 13-year-old Kaye Hawkins, the daughter of a third generation pastor, who is a staunch defender of her big brother Buddy, no matter how many hearts he breaks or the trouble he makes. She is also intrigued by the inner workings of her extended family and what she is perceiving about the quality of the lives of the women who surround her.
