American Door & Glass of S.W. VA Featured in August Issue of Metal Construction News

Aug. 31, 2010 - PRLog -- American Door & Glass, S. W. Virginia, Inc. was featured in the August 2010 issue of Metal Construction News due to their recent completion of a major renovation to the Verizon Building located in downtown Roanoke, VA.

The seven story building once featured a marble façade that was deteriorating.  Marble panels were actually falling off the building before they were removed to make way for new metal panels manufactured by Kingspan Insulated Panels, Inc.

The metal panels installed were of three different types, different colors and installed vertically and horizontally to the existing building infrastructure.  Mast climber equipment rather than traditional scaffolding was used to expedite the installation process.
