PRLog -- The festivities, sponsered by Mediacom, Rockwell Collins, and urbancoolradio.com, will begin on Friday, June 18, with a dinner at 5:00 in the Aldeen Davis Celebration Hall. A dance will follow the food at 8:30. Tickets are $15, and are available at the Museum or online at www.blackiowa.org/
juneteenth.
Celebration continues on Saturday, June 19, at Viola Gibson Park from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. Come out for some fun in the sun and to celebrate freedom. This all day activity is free of charge, and all are welcome to attend.
