May 23, 2010 - PRLog -- Emerging Australian artist Fiona Morgan of WhereFishSing.com is creating
a cookbook with a difference. One that is filled with original artwork as well as recipes so delicious that the fact they are vegetarian may well go undetected by your dinner guests. The project is a year long one that began in March 2010 and can be viewed online at  www.WhereFishSing.com/cookbook. Recipes and artwork are posted freely online 3-4 times a week. If you believe all recipe books for vegetarians are filled with photographs of soggy, bland hippie food that only a militant lentil muncher would try, take a look at this cookbook project and be pleasantly surprised. The aim is to have people swoon with yum and not care if the meal was vegetarian or not.

Carnivores fear not! These recipes are not just for vegetarians. This is for you too. How? Well now when you have your vegetarian friend, relative, or significant other over for dinner, instead of throwing up your hands in despair and crying that you have no idea what to cook, this cookbook provides the answer. No more dishing up meat and three veg minus the meat. Now you can have your vegetarian friends ask for the recipe of the delicious meal you just served.

And of course, this is for all the vegetarians out there, new and long time, who want the most kick-ass collection of easy to make, seasonal, nutritious and simply divine meals that make everyone you know go, 'WOW!! That was amazing.'

The artworks for each recipe are originals that aim to capture the essence of the dish through artwork, usually oils on canvas, instead of photography. This is nothing against the photography of food along with a recipe, it's just there are too many examples to mention. Everyone captures the essence of a dish via photography. Is there anyone who does that with another medium? No. Well, there is now. Each artwork is a modest size of 30 x 30cm that will fit onto a wall in even the tiniest modern apartment. Both the original artworks will be available to own as well as very limited edition signed prints. At the end of each season all the meals and pictures will be collected together in a real live printed book which will be made available for sale.

All the recipes are freely posted online www.WhereFishSing.com/cookbook. Everything cookbook related is archived here so you can find individual recipes easily.
