New restaurant leases signed at Regency Centers’ Buckwalter Place Shopping Center

April 22, 2010 - PRLog -- Bluffton, SC – Regency Centers (www.regencycenters.com), a national owner, operator and developer of grocery-anchored and community shopping centers, has leased restaurant space in Bluffton, South Carolina at Buckwalter Place Shopping Center to two new tenants.

Subway, specializing in fresh-made subs, has leased 1,400 square feet and had a strong opening on March 17. Jersey Joe’s Pizzeria, specializing in New York-style pizza, has leased 1,400 square feet of restaurant space and is slated to open for business in June.  Regency was represented by Sperry Van Ness GASC Commercial.

According to Chris Neidhardt, Regency Centers’ leasing agent, the 59,600 square foot shopping center is anchored by a 45,600 square foot Publix alongside national retailers such as Great Clips and Dry Clean USA. Buckwalter Place Shopping Center is located in the Buckwalter Commercial Development which is experiencing rapid growth with two new major tenants under development: CareCore’s new headquarters and the City of Bluffton’s Law Enforcement Center. The property, surrounded by several golf course communities and schools, is located at 103 Buckwalter Place Blvd. in Bluffton, South Carolina.
