Creve Coeur Camera will hold its semi-annual Photo EXPO the week of May 2nd.

April 21, 2010 - PRLog -- Creve Coeur Camera will hold its semi-annual Photo EXPO on Friday May 7th and Saturday May 8th at their Creve Coeur store, 11615 Olive Boulevard.  This event gives consumers the opportunity to see the latest cameras, camcorders, telescopes and accessories and meet with manufacturer’s representatives from the leading names in photography and imaging including Canon, Pentax, Sony, Casio, Olympus, Fuji, Nikon, Westcott Lighting, Delkin, Sigma and many more.

On Friday and Saturday there will be over a dozen free seminars offered at the Creve Coeur location.  Seminars to be offered and their sponsors include:
•   Landscape Photography by Canon
•   Color Management and Professional Photography by Manfrotto
•   Sports Photography by St. Louis Cardinals photographer Scott Rovak
•   Studio and Location Lighting by Westcott
•   Making the correct choice of lenses by Sigma
•   What makes Holgas so special by Holga
•   Hi Def Movie on your digital SLR by Canon
•   Utilizing paper and color profiles on your printer by Canon

Another free seminar titled “High Performance Lighting” by Gary Fong will be held Saturday May 8th at the City Place auditorium. The seminar will have two sessions, one from 10:00am-11:30am and another from 1:30pm-3:00pm. Seating is limited and reservations will be taken by calling 314-993-2681.

Other organizations scheduled to appear include:

•   Yurbuds giving away free yurbuds, quantities are limited.
•   Mirage Spa & Recreation with savings on spas

A free (BBQ or hot dogs) will be provided on Saturday as well as free ice cream & Gelato provided by Blue Sky Creamery and Provisions Gourmet Market. Several radio stations will be broadcasting from the store on both Friday and Saturday and there will be a free concert featuring SMASH band on Saturday from 11:00am-2:00pm, weather permitting
